hello everyone!!!
(or anyone who is still checking this blog since i pretty much quite posting)
you wanna know why? it costs stinkin' $6 an hour for internet AND I'M STAYING 4 MILES OUTSIDE OF TOWN. AND NOW I'M GOING TO TYPE THE REST OF THIS POST IN CAPITAL LETTERS BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THE CAPS LOCK KEY GOT STUCK. ANYWAYS, YEAH EVERYHTING IS EXPENSIVE HERE BECAUSE EVERYTHING HAS TO BE IMPORTED. SO WE JUST COMPLETED MONTH ONE. AND I'M LOVING IT. THE CULTURE IS WARM AND LAID BACK. SOOO GREAT. THE WEATHER'S HOT, BUT IT COOLS OFF ENOUGH TO SLEEP AT NIGHT. I LOVE THE PEOPLE, THEY'RE BEAUTIFUL. AND OH THE CHILDREN, SO ADORABLE. WE'RE DOING A LOT OF TEACHING ABOUT MOTHER AND CHILD HEALTH CARE AND THE GOSPEL. WE'LL BE IN VILLAGES, MOST LIKELY SLEEPING IN TENTS, FOR THE REST OF OUR TIME HERE. YIPEE...HAHA. OK WELL I'LL UPDATE WHEN I CAN!!! this is all i can afford to write. and hey, the key unstuck, haha. bye for now

Ahh...Jill, so good to see a post from you. I was curious about you and your doings. Sounds like everything is going good. You are in my prayers. I love the quote you have; I think I may steal it and put it on my blog.
I love you and miss you Jill!! Thank you soooo much for my gift!! I just finished drinking a cup of Indian coffee! It is so yummy! I love you and hope you are doing well!! Keep preaching the gospel and savor every moment! I so want to be there with you and hold one of those precious kids in my arms! I have the post card from India on my fridge. Such precious people. I love Jesus and I love that He has sheep from every people group! How exciting and I can't wait to be back among another people group. I love you Jill and praise God for our awesome times together in college. I miss our encouraging times together in prayer and over coffee. Love you and miss you!

Incredible. I have always wanted to go to that culture. I am sso glad things are going so well. I am praying for you as you continue to abide in Him. Oh, by the way, I have currently applied to Southern Theological Seminary in Louisville, KT. I hope to get my masters in Biblical Counseling. I am scared and yet praying that the Lord continues to grant me trust in His provisions. Afterall, he has never proved himself to not be faithful.
I am trying to be patient ... but I am sooo ready for you to come home!! We love and Miss you sooo much!!
